Mission Statement:

Standard of Flexibility Foundation’s mission is to assist youth in maintaining health and wellness through teaching and practicing proper flexibility techniques. Sport specific flexibility training is effective in improving performance and reducing injury.

We are also passionate about reducing prescription drug use and abuse by today’s youth through the incorporation and maintenance of proper flexibility techniques in daily life from an early age.

Our organization’s mission and policies are supported by rigorous scientific research. Together, we can help ensure that today‚Äôs youth learn and regularly practice these essential healthy habits to improve their quality of life.

Note: We are currently accepting submissions of short video demonstrating your favorite method of flexibility training. Please submit separate video for each body region.
